You can book by telephone, Fax or E-mail, to hold a reservations as a guarantee we need all credit card details, and you can cancel a reservation with no charge 15 days before arrival date only by fax or e-mail.
In case of reservation cancellation made between 8 to 14 days before arrival date we charge the credit card for the first night amount, for a reservation cancellation made between 0 to 7 days before arrival date or no show we charge the credit card for the total amount stay.
The hotel respects privacy article 13 of the Italian law 196/2003 on privacy. The personal information which is requested is needed by the hotel for the management of the booking request. All the personal details are treated with the utmost confidentiality.
