No charge will be made for cancellations made 60 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival.
Cancellations made between 59 and 31 days prior to scheduled date of arrival will result a penalty fee equivalent to the 50% of the reservation amount.
Cancellations made between 30 and 0 days prior to scheduled date of arrival, or no show, or early departures will result a penalty fee equivalent to 100% of the reservation amount.
Once entered in the penalty area, the hotel reserves the right to carry out a pre-authorization on the credit card to verify the coverage of the amount, if the transaction is denied the reservation could be canceled without any prior notice to the client.
